Where can I track my Order?

The best way to track an order you've made is as simple as waiting for an email that will be sent to the email you provided the second we get tracking information! This could arrive the same or next day (unless order has been made on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday - tracking information will arrive Monday). If you want to be 100% sure, you can always reach out to mike@outdoorgeardepot.com, and request the tracking information or a status update on your Order!

We are in the process of developing and designing a space to hold this on our website here for easier accessibility and we appreciate all of your patience while this tool is being created. As of 09/01/2021 we have incorporated Route Package Tracking to assist in tracking orders and also assisting protecting lost, stolen or damaged shipments!

Above are the two best methods to reach us! We have emails that are sent through the Purchase Order process, but we understand sometimes you just want to speak to a person! We are currently an extremely small team with only the two founders involved. So your patience is highly appreciated when we attempt to get back to those we’ve missed phone calls or emails!

We absolutely take into consideration unique cases and circumstances to ensure everyone and every order is treated in the appropriate manner. Of course, that can be subjective and we acknowledge that. However, we also shop online in our personal lives, and it seems like the right thing to do. So our Return Policies are above that we follow for the majority of return processes but if something new comes along we will absolutely work with the order to make sure it is handled appropriately. 

How can I cancel my Order?

For order cancelation, it would be HIGHLY appreciated if you’d email us at mike@outdoorgeardepot.com within 1 hour during weekdays (Monday - Friday) and on orders made on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) by 5:00 AM EST Monday morning. Please include Order # and reason for cancellation. If the order has been processed and shipping labels created we ask you to reconsider cancellation or work with us if the nature is for ordering the wrong product (an exchange/returns process). 

We are a small business so this will likely develop into a more concrete policy as we develop, but please… if you are in any way, shape, or form hesitant to purchase from us or ANY other eCommerce business do not make the purchase. 

Where are you located?

We don't have a physical location as of 08/18/21. Outdoor Gear Depot is an eCommerce Drop Shipping business that partners with distributors, vendors, and manufacturers with contracts that authorize us access to some amazing catalogues.

Our partners include:

  • CWR Distributions

  • Sportman’s Supply Inc.

The address is for billing and tax purposes only, and occasionally when returns happen outside of the standard 30 day return window. Our Company is TAHA LLC Doing Business As (DBA) Outdoor Gear Depot registered in the State of Arizona.

We are looking forward to expanding into the possibility of opening a physical location by 2023 with continued support of our community. 

How long will it take to get to CA?

State location does not often nor greatly affect the delivery time frame, as we have partners and warehouses scattered across the lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska - we do NOT deliver to AK nor HI)

Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. OGD will always attempt to use the most time-efficient shipping method allowed for the products being shipped. Multiple shipping methods may be used for an order, depending on the methods available for items in that order.

Our standard quote for delivery is 4-7 business days and most orders ship within 48 hours. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. 

Due to their size, heavyweight and oversized packages will be shipped by freight truck. Please allow 7-10 business days for freight delivery. Packages will be delivered outside the front door of the shipping address.

Is the new COVID outbreak going to affect my order?

The short answer is NO. As of 08/18/21 Outdoor Gear Depot operations have not been affected internally by the COVID Delta outbreak. This could change depending on our partners' operations and the mailing system. 

If our partners decide to place operations on hold, we will follow in their steps. We do not foresee this taking place, however, we acknowledge it as a possibility. As when COVID-19 first rolled into our lives, the mailing system may significantly slow down but we do not foresee the delivery system shutting down if another quarantine were to occur.
